HIIT Jam

Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

The short version: HIIT Jam does not collect any data. Your workouts and health data stay on your iPhone, your Apple Watch and in Apple Health. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

This policy covers the HIIT Jam app for iPhone and Apple Watch, made by Dan Reed (Perfect Square Labs).

Data stored on your device

HIIT Jam stores your workouts, custom exercises, workout history and settings on your iPhone. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not synced to iCloud by the app. Your iPhone's own backups may include it, under Apple's control.

Apple Health

If you give permission, HIIT Jam uses Apple Health as follows:

Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never shared with third parties and never stored in iCloud by the app. HIIT Jam works without Health permission; you just won't see heart rate or saved workouts. You can change access at any time in the Health app: your profile › Apps › HIIT Jam.

Apple Watch

The iPhone and Watch apps talk to each other directly, using Apple's WatchConnectivity, to start, sync and end workouts. This data does not pass through any server of ours.

Purchases

HIIT Jam Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and we never see your payment details or Apple Account information. The app only checks with Apple whether Pro is unlocked.

What we don't do

If you email us for support, we use your email only to reply to you.

Deleting your data

Deleting HIIT Jam from your iPhone deletes all of its data. Workouts already saved to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.

Children

HIIT Jam does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
