HIIT Jam Pro

What does Pro include?

All built-in workouts are free. Pro is a one-time purchase that lets you create and edit your own workouts and exercises. There is no subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open HIIT Jam › Settings › HIIT Jam Pro › Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.

Can my family use Pro?

Yes. Pro supports Family Sharing, so members of your Apple Family Sharing group get it too. They may need to tap Restore Purchases.

I have a promo code.

Open HIIT Jam › Settings › HIIT Jam Pro › Redeem Code.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Pro is refunded, editing is locked again, but your workouts and exercises stay.

Apple Watch

How do I use HIIT Jam with my Apple Watch?

Install HIIT Jam on your watch from the App Store app on the watch, or from the Watch app on your iPhone. Then start a workout on your iPhone; the watch follows along and records your heart rate.

The watch isn't showing my workout.

Apple Health

Why don't I see heart rate or calories?

Heart rate and active energy come from Apple Watch. Without a watch, HIIT Jam doesn't estimate calories. If you have a watch, check that HIIT Jam has access in the Health app: your profile › Apps › HIIT Jam.

My workouts aren't saving to Health.

Open the Health app › your profile › Apps › HIIT Jam and turn on Workouts. Cancelled workouts are not saved.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone only. HIIT Jam doesn't sync between devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the HIIT Jam app. Workouts saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

Legal
